Pre-Order Items are items that companies release ahead of time. Most of the items are sold-out before they are made and when they reach the market, they will have an increase in price. The main reason that we do pre-orders is for you to acquire those items at a fair price and don't miss out on the limited releases of them.

Pre-orders are noncancellable due to us securing the products in advance. No excuse. Make sure if you make a pre-order, it is indeed the item you want. NO EXCHANGES. If you make an order, make sure is the order that you want. There will be a 20% restock fee since these items are secured in advance when an order is placed
